- 03Mochi donuts are made with glutinous rice flour instead of wheat flour, which gives them a chewy, bouncy texture and a lighter sweetness than cake or yeast donuts. They are formed as eight connected balls that pull apart into individual bites. We fry ours fresh every morning.
- 04A dozen assorted mochi donuts is $33. Six pieces are $18, three pieces are $10, and a single donut is $3.75. Flavors rotate weekly, so a dozen box comes with whatever we have in the case that day.

- 06A Korean corn dog uses a yeasted wheat batter that puffs up like bread, instead of cornmeal. It is rolled in a coating such as panko, diced potato, crushed ramen, Hot Cheetos, or Takis before frying, and the filling can be sausage, mozzarella, or half and half.
- 07Yes. Our Dubai chewy cookie is $8 each, or $30 for a box of four. It has a pistachio cream filling with crunchy kadayif inside a chewy cookie. It sells out on busy days, so call ahead if you want several.
- 08Mochi donuts are best the same day they are fried. If you keep them overnight, store them in an airtight container at room temperature rather than the refrigerator. They firm up after about 24 hours and lose the chewy texture.
